What materials do you use in your jewellery?
We pride ourselves on using ethical materials, including recycled sterling silver and 9ct solid gold. All our gemstones are ethically sourced to ensure minimal environmental impact and fair labor practices.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Since many of our pieces are handmade to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Standard shipping within the UK typically takes 2-3 days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all Wild Fawn jewellery. This covers any manufacturing defects, but please note it does not cover accidental damage, general wear and tear, or tarnishing.
Can I return my item if I change my mind?
We accept returns on most items within 28 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chlorine. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place and use a soft lint-free cloth to gently polish them periodically.
Do you offer custom designs or resizing?
