We want you to love your Wild Fawn jewellery, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 28-day return or exchange policy for all non-customized pieces. Items must be unworn and returned in their original eco-friendly packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Carefully place your jewellery in its original box and use a padded envelope to ensure the items are protected during transit.

Send your package via a tracked postal service to our London studio; please retain your proof of postage until the refund is processed.
